Terms and Conditions

At Brush Bugs, we're dedicated to fostering an environment filled with respect, kindness, and safety, enabling every student to flourish. We encourage students to follow instructor guidance closely, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Should a student struggle with following directions, we may contact parents to arrange a smooth pickup for the day. Your cooperation is invaluable in maintaining a welcoming and harmonious atmosphere for everyone.

MAKE-UP CLASSES
If your child misses a class, they may attend a make-up session during another class time (based on availability). To be eligible for a credit or make-up, you must notify us at least 1 hour before class begins. Missed classes without notice are not eligible for credit.

ATTENDANCE & CANCELLATION
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly! If your child can’t attend, please email us at least 1 hour before class begins, and we’ll provide a credit toward another class. Refunds are not available.

For cancellations of a full course (monthly classes or camps), we ask for at least one week’s notice.

Please arrive on time for drop-off and pickup. Students arriving 10 minutes late or more may miss important instructions, which can affect their participation.
